School Policy
Student Policy:
Students will not log into other Student or Teacher accounts even with consent
Students will not open up: Inappropriate Content, Foul Language, Loud/Annoying Audios or Videos, AI Software Besides Approved
No installing Extensions, Apps, and Scripts on your account
No talking to other students unless allowed via Gmail(Addon Rule: No sending Answers of any kind between students)
No opening incognito browsers or separate windows and searching up answers, or getting off task (You only need one Window and two at max!)
No signing in on your school account on personal devices (If you do so, we are not responsible for: Data Loss, Account Restrictions, School Application Force Download, and more. If you need to sign in on a personal device, please contact your school administrator or councilor for more information
We have the right to suspend your account for reasons we deem inappropriate but you have the right to 1. Be Notified as soon as the Account is suspended. 2. Have the reason for the suspension. You may appeal at our Appeal form, if we respond back that will be the final answer.
Students have the ability to point out misconduct within staff same way with Staff pointing out students
We have the right to take away your School Issued Device whenever we want, this is District Property and you will get expelled or face worse punishment
Administrative Applications are OFF LIMITS, if you have access to one please notify your IT immediately!
You are expected to take care of your School Issued Device with great care, failure to do so and problems occur then you are liable for the Repair costs or for a new device
Saturdays and Sundays will have lesser restrictions but are still enforced! Gaming, Watching Videos, etc are permitted unless a teacher directs otherwise, Failure to provide evidence of work of the Assignment, Quiz, or test will only keep the normal standard restrictions enabled.
Administrative ruling is final!
Teacher Policy:
You may download Apps and Extensions that 1. Offer Educational Benefits or Access. 2. Are used to make your Job easier or aid you
No accessing inappropriate content unless it is: On lesson assignments like History will be allowed a Bypass.
More content is unblocked but that also means you are more on the Watch, we want a clear work environment!
After initial acceptance you will be asked to complete a separate form for the School Issued Device (Ex. How long you will be working, what applications would you like Preinstalled and set up, The OS you would like to use [Such as ChromeOS, Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc], If you want to let us have access or you want custom access over the Students for Period of time, and so on) this is so we can better assist you for the first time you get your device
You can request for you password to be changed by Directly contacting an Admin, you may not try to log into the student's account on any device you may own or the school owns besides the Student's. We prioritize Safety and Security and we do not want you to be a part of a problem
You WILL be provided a ID Number (Verification Method and Identifying) upon applying after approval
You have Permission to request features or specific access for students
Administration Policy: (This Policy applies to Both IT Administrators and Staff as well as the Principal and Vice Principal)

Administrators are granted access to the Google Admin console, misusing tools will result in immediate removal of your account with no exceptions
You are required to check your Gmail Inbox at least ONCE per 2 hours, you are required to help all incoming reports if they involve technology, failure to do so will result in inspection of your account
You are allowed to install any and all extensions on your account as long as it be reasonable such as a VPN to access content blocked by the filtered websites ONLY for Review and this must be reasonable content like "github.com" not NSFW or anything like that.
As an Administrator it is expected of you that you will manage School Devices part of your School or Section, you may not manage other School's Chromebooks
You are allowed to create Test Accounts but they must say so like "TestStudent@schooldomain" or "TestYourName@schooldomain"
At no point may you use the Management's domain for any reason

You are allowed to:
-Create Test Accounts
-Bypass Filters for Research purposes only
-Do everything an admin can
-Contact higher management as well as other Administration
-These are on your contract
You are not allowed to
-Log into Student Accounts
-Change District Policies
-Spam Organization's Mailbox
-Harass other Management
-Misuse company tools
-Not enforce our policy
BlueFox Administration
-Policies do not apply but you are the most requested and responsible
-You are required to know the basics of Google Workspace Admin Console
-You must complete a special form given to Teachers that complete 1 Year of Teaching
-You must put what changes you have made in the "Change Logs" Google Spreadsheet for proper verification
-It is recommended that you enable 2 Step Verification on your account in case of a lockout or a student tries to log in
-As the highest level of Administration besides this District's Board of Education, you are required to make sure things stay in order and direct proper learning
